2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons light sour cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chopped strawberries
8 slices country white bread (such as Arnold)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon butter
; Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar,
sour cream and vanilla. Fold in strawberries.
